For scheduled sessions and appointments, cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are not eligible for a refund.

If appropriate notice is provided, we will make every reasonable effort to help you reschedule your session rather than lose the value of your purchase.
