Honoring Our Time Commitments

Time is valuable to all of us. Each appointment is reserved specifically for you and may involve preparation before we meet. To respect one another’s time and the energy that goes into creating a meaningful experience, I ask that you honor your scheduled commitment and communicate as early as possible if your plans change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments without notice, will be charged the full cost of the scheduled session.

I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and clear communication is always appreciated. If something comes up, please reach out as soon as you are able.
