Students will also review psychological approaches that use dream interpretation therapeutically. With a spiritual foundation and these techniques, students will begin to gain deeper insight into their dreams.
Participants are asked to begin a dream journal and bring a written dream to class, with the option to share it with the group. The goal is to help students apply psychological techniques to interpret their own dreams independently.
This class combines lecture and experiential learning. Because time is limited, not every student will be able to share a dream for interpretation.
